ReachRoller offers a free plan that allows you to fully evaluate the product before purchasing. By upgrading to a paid plan, you confirm that you have tested the product and are making an informed purchasing decision.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under section 2, email us at support@reachroller.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We review all requests manually and respond within 3 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. You retain access to your plan until the end of the current period.
One-time purchases such as extra runs or outreach note packs are non-refundable once purchased, as they are credited to your account immediately upon payment.
Custom automation projects are scoped and priced individually before work begins. Refund eligibility for custom development is defined in the project agreement. If no written agreement specifies otherwise, refunds are not available once development has begun.
